Baguettes come in three varieties: The Classic Sourdough, made the old way,
the French Baguette, made with yeast, and the Rustic Baguette, made using Maine-grown whole wheat.
Baguettes weigh 16 ounces and are about 24 inches long.
The Cheese Ficelle is a slender baguette sprinkled with cheese. The Demi-Baguette is half the size of a French Baguette.
Bulkie Rolls come in whole wheat or white, made from the same dough as the baguettes. These 4-ounce rolls come in 1/2-dozen bags.
Three-Cheese Focaccia is a round, 16-ounce chewy focaccia loaf that is covered with Asiago, Romano and Parmesan cheese, with cracked pepper and garlic.
We also make round Par-Bake Focaccia that require just a few minutes in a hot oven to be brown and ready to serve plain or with a topping of your choice. These come in 3-packs of 8-ounce round loaves and 2-packs of 16-ounce round loaves.
Our Sub Rolls are made from baguette dough. These soft 6-ounce sandwich rolls come in bags of six rolls.
We also make small, light 1.5-ounce French Dinner Rolls that are made from baguette dough, great to serve with soup.
Our 2.25-ounce Sourdough Dinner Rolls come in dozen or
1/2-dozen bags for food service, or 1/2-dozen bagged and labeled for retail sale.
