Borealis Breads produces and distributes rustic breads that are naturally leavened with a sourdough starter, shaped by hand, and baked on a stone hearth. The lengthy fermentation employed in our bread production helps create hearty breads that are crusty on the outside and moist on the inside, and very flavorful. Borealis Breads are found in stores, restaurants, schools and hospitals from Bangor, ME to Concord, NH to Newburyport, MA and points in between.
