A & B Naturals

A&B Naturals was started in June of 2007 in Bar Harbor, Maine, by Kathryn Arbach and Steve Bodge. They have been accepted readily into the Mount Desert community, and have provided a needed source of whole foods, supplements, sandwiches and take-out meals.

Kathryn and Steve have taken special care to concentrate on locally-produced products, and carry at least one local product in every section.

A&B has a wide selection of supplements, health and beauty aids and natural medicinal products. They sell quality wine and beer, and there's a fresh juice bar. They provide fresh local produce in season. There's a small café to sit and have coffee, espresso or a snack.

They carry plenty of Borealis Breads.
