Here's a simple way to make great-tasting snacks or hor d'oeuvres. Make plenty of these – they'll disappear before your very eyes.

Bruschetta

Preheat broiler

Mix together in a medium bowl:
1 (6.5 ounce) jar marinated artichoke hearts drained and chopped
1/2 cup grated Romano cheese
1/3 cup finely chopped red onion
5 tbsp mayonnaise

Cut into slices:
1 Borealis French Baguette

Top baguette slices and arrange in a single layer on a baking sheet.

Broil for 2 min or until bubbly and slightly browned.

Here's how to make a pizza using Borealis pizza dough:

  • Keep dough refrigerated until one hour before use.
  • Oil pizza pan or sprinkle with cornmeal.
  • Shape dough to fit pan by pressing from the center out to the edges.
  • Let dough rest for 10 minutes.
  • Add sauce, cheese, and toppings of your choice.
  • Bake at 450º for 18-25 minutes.
  • Use within 12 hours of purchase or freeze.
